What we considered to be a 'design' fault ie the central computer system , radio , sat nav , could have cost us £2000 to put right. It just stopped working and we had to pay a £72 diagnostic fee to be told this. However sorted in the end.

The service was fine, well done and the staff very helpful. However, the central booking service designated the Dorchester outlet (36 miles away) rather than Yeovil where I always go, without advising me when I booked the date!! Not good at all.

My car was booked in within an acceptable time frame and the were very accommodating allowing me to leave the car for the day while I was at work. The service was most convenient

I had booked in for an MOT but when I arrived I was told it was for a service! Consequently I had to wait an extra hour but this was not a problem as I wasn’t in a hurry.

The above as well as the fact that the person who sold the car to me contacted me recently to see if I needed further assistance. Although I purchased the mini from Yeovil My local garage are very supportive if I have an issue. I feel very re assured
