Very good service although I didn't receive my free car clean and had to ask for the healthcheck. Apart from that I was very pleased with the service I received.

Staff made sure that I was kept informed about the timescale for completion. I was originally told by central booking a 4hr wait. Dorchester said it was required all day, but messaged me at 09.30 to say it was in workshop and would be ready at lunch.

I wasn't happy with Enterprise, who i collected my hire car from, staff were very rude and lied, but that wasn't Mini.
